What will you do?
- Respond to inbox, chat, calls, and registration forms
- Identify customer needs: New to Japan? Individual/Group? Short/Long-term?
- Recommend suitable plans based on needs and budget
- Explain pricing, promotions, and billing details
- Close sales, collect delivery information, confirm payment
- Follow up with undecided customers
