What will you do?
- Reconcile detailed revenue from CRM with carrier and payment partner reports
- Manage and collect customer receivables; reconcile payables with suppliers
- Track and report daily cash flow (VND and JPY)
- Calculate salary, bonuses, and commissions for Sales and CS teams based on company policy
- Perform periodic SIM and Pocket WiFi inventory checks and reconcile with operational reports
- Prepare internal financial reports and monthly Profit & Loss (P&L) statements for management
- Handle tax, insurance, and related legal documentation in Japan/Vietnam
Authority
- Access revenue and customer data on the CRM system
- Propose improvements to financial control processes and operational cost reduction
- Request departments to provide timely documents and financial data
- Reject payments that do not comply with regulations or lack valid documentation
