2. Experience in:
   • Running Ads directly (Facebook/Google/TikTok)
   • Managing teams & being responsible for revenue
3. Strong mindset: Strategy – data-driven – optimization
4. Ability to: Lead teams, train, motivate, drive results
5. Preferred:
   • Experience in tech/E-commerce/telecom industries
   • Experience scaling revenue or managing large ad budgets
6. 6. Personality: Driven – proactive – accountable

What will you do?

1. Build revenue plans by week/month/quarter
2. Develop marketing plans and allocate advertising budgets
3. Manage customer acquisition from online channels
4. Organize consultation, sales closing, and customer care processes
5. Coordinate between Marketing, Sales, and Customer Service to optimize overall performance
6. Monitor lead quality, conversion rates, and retention rates
7. Analyze operational data to identify bottlenecks
8. Recruit, train, assign, and evaluate staff
